By creating an account or using PropMotion you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
We generate marketing videos from photos you upload. Output quality depends on your inputs and the AI provider in use. We don't guarantee a specific result.
Your content
- You keep ownership of your photos and the videos we generate for you.
- You confirm you have the rights to every photo you upload.
- You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.
Acceptable use
- No uploading content you don't have rights to.
- No misleading or deceptive property representations.
- No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Credits & billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Credits are consumed per generation and are held in a ledger. A failed or cancelled generation is refunded to your balance. Subscription credits roll over for 30 days. See the Refund Policy for money-back terms.
Commercial use
The Pro and Agency plans include a commercial-use license for the videos you generate. The Starter plan and free trial are for personal and evaluation use.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your videos for 30 days.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
