Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PropMotion you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
We generate marketing videos from photos you upload. Output quality depends on your inputs and the AI provider in use. We don't guarantee a specific result.
Your content
- You keep ownership of your photos and the videos we generate for you.
- You confirm you have the rights to every photo you upload.
- You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.
Acceptable use
- No uploading content you don't have rights to.
- No misleading or deceptive property representations.
- No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Credits & billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Credits are consumed per generation and are held in a ledger. A failed or cancelled generation is refunded to your balance. Subscription credits roll over for 30 days. See the Refund Policy for money-back terms.
Free trial eligibility
The free trial is meant for people trying PropMotion for the first time, and is limited to prevent abuse. The same rules apply however you sign up, with email or with Google.
- Up to 3 free trials are granted per network in any rolling 30-day period.
- Once that limit is reached, further accounts from the same network can still sign up and verify, but they don't receive trial credits.
- Those accounts become eligible again once fewer than 3 earlier verified signups from that network fall within the last 30 days, and at least 7 days after the most recent signup from that network. They can then claim the trial from the dashboard.
We identify a network from a one-way hash of the connecting IP address (for IPv6, its /64 prefix); the address itself isn't stored in our database. If you share a network, such as an office, school or mobile carrier, and think you were blocked unfairly, contact us.
Commercial use
The Pro and Business plans include a commercial-use license for the videos you generate. The Starter plan and free trial are for personal and evaluation use.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your videos for 30 days.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the PropMotion service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in your local courts if mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you that right.
