What's a credit worth?+
Credits pay for render time. A 5s video costs 8 credits at 480p, 14 at 720p, or 24 at 1080p — 10s is double. Use the calculator above.
Do unused credits expire?+
Subscription credits roll over for 30 days from when they're granted. After that they're swept at your next renewal.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — if you're not happy within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund it in full.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime, from the billing page. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
