If you're not happy with PropMotion within 7 days of your first payment, email billing@propmotion.ai and we'll refund that payment in full — no forms, no interrogation.

What's covered

• Your first monthly or yearly subscription charge.
• Requested within 7 days of that charge.

What's not covered

• Renewal charges after the first period (cancel before renewal to avoid these).
• Top-up credit purchases, once credits have been used.
• Accounts terminated for terms violations.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the billing page. You keep access and remaining credits until the end of the period you've paid for.

How long refunds take

We process refunds within 2 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
