Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PropMotion (“we”) collects, why, and what choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email, and a hashed password.
- Uploaded photos — the images you add to a project, stored privately.
- Generated videos — the output we create for you.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
- Usage data — basic logs and analytics to keep the service running.
How we use it
- To generate your videos and show you your project history.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send account emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
- To detect abuse and secure the platform.
What we don't do
- We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your content with other users.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of processors: a cloud host, an object-storage provider, Stripe for payments, an email provider, and the AI video provider you've enabled. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Retention & deletion
Projects and media are kept while your account is active. You can delete a project at any time, and you can request full account deletion by emailing privacy@propmotion.ai.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us and we'll help.
