What are credits?
Credits pay for render time. At 5s: 480p = 8, 720p = 14, 1080p = 24 credits. 10s is exactly double. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance — try the calculator on the pricing page.
Do credits roll over?
Unused subscription credits roll over for 30 days from when they're granted, then are swept at your next renewal.
Do I need professional photos?
No. Regular listing photos from your phone or a standard shoot work well. Better light and framing help, but they're not required.
What quality do I get — 720p or 1080p?
The Starter plan exports 720p. Pro and Business export 1080p Full HD, chosen per video.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Commercial use is included on the Pro and Business plans. Starter is for personal and evaluation use.
Can I cancel anytime?
